I've spent my career on both sides of the content that drives B2B — the strategy and systems that make it perform, and the camera work that makes it worth watching.

For 16+ years I led marketing and product for some of the biggest brands in B2B media and events — Retail TouchPoints, Demand Gen Report, B2B Marketing Exchange — first at G3 Communications, then as VP of Marketing (and later VP of Marketing + Product) at Emerald after its acquisition. I ran $1M+ budgets, built the martech stack, and drove $25M+ in pipeline.

Then I picked up the camera. Today I co-run Devenio Mediaand Devenio Plus, producing the video, photography, and post that the same B2B world runs on — backed by the marketing operations know-how to make it convert.

Fractional marketing-operations lead for a high-growth B2B SaaS demand-gen engine, covering the internal MOps role end to end.

  • Built and maintained HubSpot & Salesforce campaigns across field events, webinars, and gated content with strict naming, UTM, and lifecycle governance.
  • Ran end-to-end post-event lead processing — scanner and Typeform data, SFDC cross-referencing, Apollo enrichment, and SLA-enforced hot-lead handoff.
  • Optimized the lead-to-revenue lifecycle and built executive KPI dashboards with SQL-based pipeline analysis.

Boutique studio delivering end-to-end event content production — video, photography, podcasts, and post — for B2B conferences, media brands, and sponsors.

  • Direct on-site production and post-event workflows that turn live events into high-impact assets across web, email, and social.
  • Built automated marketing-ops infrastructure — CRM, lead capture, segmentation, and nurture — with AI-enabled tooling.
  • Designed and built an AI-powered content-intelligence iOS app (SwiftUI + React) from concept to MVP.
